History and the Compromissus Model
Founded in 1996, Viragem was born from the vision of experts in cycle-product markets who joined forces to create organizational Leadership and Sales models that were intuitively recognized and adopted by the professionals themselves. This initial effort laid the foundations of our strategic pillar: the Compromissus model.
Compromissus is our core axis, designed to enhance professional skills in a competitive market and transform teams into high-performers. Through Functional Training, we prepare professionals for the effective execution of their roles, continuously developing their solutions to ensure efficacy and efficiency.
Thanks to our specialization, Viragem has become an undeniable benchmark in training and continuous team monitoring. Today, it is a challenge to find a dealership group or even an automotive brand that has not benefited from contact with Viragem in its training projects.
GAPS CRM Auto: IT Solutions for Retail
Since 2010, Viragem has invested in the development of management and IT software, culminating in the creation of GAPS CRM Auto. This platform arose from the need to provide the automotive retail sector with an integrated management solution focused on its specificities. Currently in its 5th version, GAPS CRM Auto has evolved into an essential tool that equips sales teams, after-sales departments, and contact centers. It is fully integrated with other market applications, from ERPs to lead generation websites.

Fernando Silva
Chairman of the Strategic Council
With a career spanning nearly four decades and a background in Psychology, Fernando Silva is dedicated to empowering a company’s most important asset: its people.
His journey in the automotive sector began in 1987 at Renault, where he consolidated the foundations of rigor and method that he still applies today. In the following decades, he became one of the market's most sought-after consultants and trainers, working with brands such as Renault, Toyota, Peugeot, Mercedes, Honda, BMW, and Volkswagen, among many others.
He is the architect behind benchmark models such as COMPROMISSUS, which translates the core dynamics of commercial activity, and its structural models:
Sales Model: Focused on the Sales Consultant-Customer relationship.
Leadership Model: Centered on the dynamics between Management and their Team.
Partnership Model: Oriented toward collaboration between Importers and their Network.
His great passion remains behavioral training, specializing in Leadership, Sales and Negotiation Techniques, Digital Communication, and Business Ethics at the service of performance.
With a background in Humanities and a 25-year career dedicated to the automotive sector, Pedro Gomes has specialized in transforming human potential into business performance.
His approach is rooted in real-world experience, having served on the front lines as a Sales Consultant and through 9 years of leadership as a Sales Manager. He joined Viragem in 2017, where he excelled as a Senior Trainer, applying his passion for sales psychology across hundreds of training sessions. In August 2024, he assumed the role of CEO, remaining closely committed to the development of people.

Customer Support & Financial Management
Geise Klaumann embodies the reliability and efficiency that define Viragem’s daily operations. Her journey with the company, which began in 2022, has been marked by rapid evolution, as she assumed a strategic role that bridges the gap between the customer's world and the company’s financial structure.
With 16 years of experience, she is the voice leading the front-line technical support, ensuring effective responses and maximum satisfaction for our partners. Simultaneously, she serves as the Senior Treasury Manager, acting as the primary liaison with Viragem’s accounting and overseeing the entire financial cycle—invoicing, collections, and payments.
With a background in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Systemic Therapy, Daniela Miranda is a key player in Viragem’s mission to empower human capital. Her deep understanding of relational dynamics is the foundation upon which our Compromissus Academy is built.
As the Academy Manager, her mission is to transform our knowledge and methodologies into a benchmark development program. She leads the certification process for our courses and the creation of partnerships with institutes and schools, aiming to raise the standard of skills for professionals in the market.
At Viragem, she applies her technical rigor and sensitivity to team dynamics to train skills in communication, leadership, and emotional management. Her work is essential in helping professionals and teams strengthen their relationships—both internally and with customers—aligning personal development with business performance.
Her vision is clear: to make the Compromissus Academy a learning ecosystem that empowers more cohesive teams, more empathetic leaders, and more human and effective sales processes.
