It was from this vision that the COMPROMISSUS Leadership and Sales Model was born—today a benchmark in the development of high-performance teams.
We are a Portuguese consultancy, training, and technology company, creators of the GAPS CRM—a platform that integrates data, indicators, and behaviors, allowing teams to transform information into action and leadership into method.
Our team is composed of Consultants, Trainers, and Web Developers, with a presence in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte) and Terceira Island (Azores). This technical and pedagogical complementarity allows us to design complete solutions—from culture to tools, from diagnosis to execution, and from human training to intelligent automation.
We operate with a special focus on the automotive, optics, and healthcare sectors, where we practice what we call Functional Training: sessions that stem from each client's operational reality and translate into concrete results.

Fernando Silva
Chairman of the Strategic Council
With a career spanning nearly four decades and a background in Psychology, Fernando Silva is dedicated to empowering a company's most important asset: its people.
His journey in the automotive sector began in 1987 at Renault, where he consolidated the foundations of rigor and method that he still applies today. In the following decades, he became one of the most sought-after consultants and trainers in the market, working with brands such as Renault, Toyota, Peugeot, Mercedes, Honda, BMW, and Volkswagen, among many others.
He is the architect behind benchmark models like COMPROMISSUS, which translates the core dynamics of commercial activity, and its structural models:

With a background in Humanities and a 25-year career dedicated to the automotive sector, Pedro Gomes specializes in transforming human potential into business performance.
His approach is built on real-world experience, having started on the front lines as a salesperson and spent 9 years in leadership as a sales manager. He joined Viragem in 2017, where he stood out as a Senior Trainer, applying his passion for the psychology of sales across hundreds of training sessions. In August 2024, he took on the role of CEO, remaining closely connected to people's development.
He is also responsible for the development of the GAPS CRM, acting as the translator between the human needs of the teams and the technical team's logic, ensuring that technology serves—rather than dictates—the process. More than just a manager, he is a dedicated mentor, passionate about coaching sessions where it is possible to catalyze the evolution and success of professionals.

Geise Klaumann represents the reliability and efficiency that define Viragem's daily operations. Her trajectory in the company, which began in 2022, is marked by rapid evolution, assuming a strategic role that bridges the client's world with the company's financial structure.
With 16 years of experience, she is the voice leading the front-line technical support, ensuring an effective response and maximum satisfaction for our partners. Simultaneously, she is the Senior Treasury Manager, acting as the primary bridge to Viragem's accounting and ensuring the entire financial cycle—invoicing, receipts, and payments.
Her ability to optimize processes and manage complex routines with rigor makes her a fundamental pillar of our team and of the trust our clients place in us.
With a background in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Systemics, Daniela Miranda is a fundamental piece in Viragem's mission to enhance human capital. Her deep knowledge of relational dynamics is the foundation upon which our Compromissus Academy is built.
As the Academy Manager, her mission is to transform our knowledge and methodologies into a benchmark development program. She leads the certification process for our courses and the creation of partnerships with institutes and schools, aiming to raise the standard of skills for market professionals.
At Viragem, she applies her technical rigor and sensitivity to understand team dynamics in training communication, leadership, and emotional management skills. Her work is essential in helping professionals and teams strengthen their internal and client relationships, aligning personal development with business performance.
Her vision is clear: to make the Compromissus Academy a learning ecosystem that empowers more cohesive teams, more empathetic leaders, and more human and effective sales processes.
